Modification of the original technical characteristics of a vehicle:
The customer acknowledges having read the following information: Under Article 331-10 of the Polynesian Highway Code, it is an offense punishable by a 4th class fine to drive a vehicle equipped with a device that allows it to exceed the regulatory limits. The driver must check whether the modifications made result in a change in the regulatory category of the vehicle, and the possession of a driving license adapted to the characteristics of the vehicle.
