Modification of the original technical characteristics of a vehicle:
The customer acknowledges having read the following information: Under Article 331-10 of the Polynesian Highway Code, it is an offense punishable by a 4th class fine to drive a vehicle equipped with a device that allows it to exceed the regulatory limits. The driver must check whether the modifications made result in a change in the regulatory category of the vehicle, and the possession of a driving license adapted to the characteristics of the vehicle. In the event of an accident, the driver is exposed to the loss of his vehicle insurance guarantee. The modifications atomically result in the irreversible loss for the owner of the vehicle of the benefit of the manufacturer's warranty.
